Neighborhood Time Exchange aims to create a novel residency structure in which for every hour artists spend working in their studio on their own projects, they in turn provide an hour of volunteer service back to the community. From January through September 2015 Neighborhood Time Exchange artists provided skills and resources for community groups in West Philadelphia. Join in a discussion on the work achieved throughout the year, and help us celebrate an upcoming exhibition launch in November.
