This year DesignPhiladelphia boasts its largest festival to date with more than 130 planned events. As always, a good deal of programming is focused on architecture and the built environment, fascinating events that will provoke new avenues of thought and inspire excellence in architects, students, and enthusiasts alike. So in addition to attending the wildly popular Kickoff Party on October 4, here are some events that are sure to strike a chord with the designers of our built environment:  1. INTERSECTIONS: The Fluid Boundary Between Industrial Design and ArchitectureThursday, October 5th | 12 – 2:30 PM Join IDSA Philadelphia and AIA Philadelphia for a discussion of the historic intersections between Industrial Design and Architecture.
